Cloudsong Community Protocols

• No Cheating: The use of hacked clients, X-Ray resource packs, auto-clickers, or any mods providing an unfair advantage results in a permanent ban.
• PVP Consent: Cloudsong is a cooperative SMP; player vs. player combat is only allowed if both parties explicitly agree beforehand.
• No Griefing or Stealing: Do not break, alter, or take items from another player's build without direct permission. Pranks must be harmless and reversible.
• Zero Tolerance for Hate: Form of racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, hate speech, or targeted harassment results in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban.
• Server Performance: Intentional lag machines, excessive entity cramming, and malicious redstone loops are prohibited to protect server hardware.
• Report Exploits: If a bug or duplication glitch is discovered, report it to admins immediately; abusing exploits results in a ban and inventory wipe. We have an internal plugin that tracks diamonds found by players. Play fair, or be gone.
• Respect Boundaries: Do not build uncomfortably close to another base without asking first; give players space to expand. If you want to neighbours, don't be shy and just ask! :)
• Chat Etiquette: Keep global chat pleasant; avoid spamming, excessive swearing, or dragging real-world political/religious arguments into the game. There's enough of that in the real world.
• Optional Events: Custom server events, bosses, or mechanics are entirely optional; you are always free to play pure Vanilla.
• Follow The Law: We are not responsible for anything you post or say on this website; Site logs are not actively monitored but they are recorded.

A year-long, community-driven narrative. At the edge of the world stand four Obelisks. Think of me as your Dungeon Master this digital campaign...

Players who wish to partake can team up to defeat the anomalies at these Obelisks to help restore the digital fabric of the server... (Currently mod is offline, but if you type /os into the chat, you can use special abilities requiring Emeralds. In the future there will be more to come...)
